Julisa Vasquez Sandoval is a sophomore at Omaha South High School. It is her first year in the journalism pathway, and she is overly excited to write many articles that can help others learn new things about their school. Vasquez is a member of the South High marching band, student council and is a runner on the cross-country team. She also hopes to join more activities throughout the year. Vasquez has a passion for reading books, watching movies, taking selfies everywhere and listening to music. Online, she loves scrolling on social media, playing a variety of games, and scrolling on food apps knowing she does not have enough money to buy anything. Offline, she enjoys spending time with God, her boyfriend, family and close friends. If her future after high school goes the way she wants, she would love to go into a law related field and live comfortably.
