Packer cross country ended its season on a high note at the 2024 NSAA State Championship held at the Kearney Country Club in Kearney, Nebraska, this past Friday.
Charlotte Gregor was the sole qualifier for the meet, securing her spot by placing second at the district meet at Pioneers Park in Lincoln, Nebraska. Gregor completed the state race with an extraordinary time of 19:25.9, earning her the title of a two-time state medalist. She also set the school record for the highest placement at state for the 5k. Ultimately, Gregor shattered the senior record making her the record holder for the freshman, sophomore, junior and senior best times.
